 How long are the sessions?

Hypnotherapy sessions are approximately an hour long, with some discussion before time on the couch, with the exception of the combined hypnotherapy and reiki sessions which are approximately an hour and a half. The initial consultation doesn’t include time on the couch but is a full hour of information gathering and explanation of how the mind works.

Reiki sessions are also approximately an hour, with a short consultation or recap at the beginning, with time for any feedback afterwards.

What information must I give you before sessions?

Often prospective clients ring me or write to me explaining a little about why they want help. When we meet for the first time, I’ll ask you for full contact details, if you are taking medication and which GP surgery you are registered with as well as any existing medical conditions. This is for my records and insurance purposes and is fully confidential.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes, starting at £10. Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. It’s a lovely way to treat friends and family to the much-needed experience of deep relaxation and healing.

How do I pay for my sessions?

I can take cash, cheques, bank transfer and Paypal payments. I don’t have a card reader though!

Do you conduct group sessions for organisations or companies?

Yes, I do, please contact me for further details and prices.

Are you insured?

I am fully insured for both Hypnotherapy and Reiki.

Can I get my sessions through the NHS?

Unfortunately, sessions are not available through the NHS currently.
