Terms & conditions

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. For face-to-face sessions, cash is paid on the day.
New clients pay a deposit electronically in advance to secure the appointment, with the balance paid in cash at the appointment.
Sessions that have been delivered are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits

A deposit of £20 is required for a Hypnotherapy Initial Consultation or first Reiki session.
A deposit of £30 is required for Smoking Cessation, Past Life Regression and double sessions.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with 48 hours' notice.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit (£20 or £30) is applied.
